TECHNICAL FEATURES

 v  The rig can be overall moved with mast and substructure upright. The dolly can be rotated by 90 degrees which enables the longitudinal and lateral movement of the rig;

v  Tilt measuring device is equipped to display the inclination degrees when the rig is moving with mast and substructure upright and give alarms when the inclination is over the limit;

v  The crown block, traveling block, drilling line and top drive device can be transported with the mast so as to reduce the time for rig-up;

v  The mud pumps , cable tray, power package and power control system are to be moved on trailers ;

v  All the wheel dollies are interchangeable and reinforced with dual web plates on the rim to increase the reliability;

v  The driller’s cabin is equipped with purging air system;

v  The substructure is raised by hydraulic cylinders;

v  Zero-discharge system is adopted for drilling rig;

v  Rigid balancing four-wheel dollies are adopted for mast & substructure moving.
